Salesforce.com Publicity Portraits

Thirty-three people in seven hours. That's how many faces The Light House captured on this beautiful day at San Francisco's famous Ferry Building. Salesforce.com needed publicity portraits and social media portraits for their employees who blog, speak at conferences and for general use headshots. No lights. No backdrops. No flash. We spent twenty minutes with each person, getting to know them quickly and gaining their trust. It was sort of like speed dating, but without the awkward pressure. The trick was finding the good light and unique backgrounds; which wasn't too difficult given the aesthetic qualities of the Ferry Building. But as the day wore on the light shifted and spots that were good in the morning were no longer viable. The shoot would have been impossible without the patience, positive energy of the participants. They brought their mojo with them, we just had to tease it out a little. And the results speak for themselves. We provided each subject with a wide assortment of both color and black and white looks, and while the color shots do look spectacular, I've taken a shine to the black and whites.

We loved this shoot. So much so that we want to make it a staple of our work. Corporate clients, start-ups, DotComs, game studios, software developers - any company with human beings whose faces are out there in the world. We've got corporate packages for any budget. Talk to us. We'd love to help you shine.
